Dear Friends,

July was another busy month for Project Street Dogs Thailand, and thanks to your continued support, we are reaching more animals and more communities than ever before.

🐾 220 animals sterilised in July

In July, 220 dogs and cats were spayed or neutered, helping to prevent countless unwanted litters and reducing the cycle of suffering on Thailand's streets.

But this is not just about one or two events.

We run regular sterilisation clinics and campaigns throughout the year, working where the need is greatest. And with the continued support of our donors, we want to do even more.

Our goal is simple: more clinics, more animals reached and fewer unwanted puppies and kittens born into a life of hardship.

📍 A new area for Project Street Dogs Thailand

We are excited to announce that we are taking our work into a new area: Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ko Lak.

Our first clinic there will give local communities the opportunity to have their dogs and cats sterilised and help us reach animals that have previously had little access to this kind of care.

This is just the beginning.

With your support, we hope to increase the number of clinics we can organise and reach even more animals in communities across the region.

🐕 Sometimes getting to the clinic is the hardest part

Many street dogs are frightened, difficult to approach or simply impossible to catch safely.

That's why we also support darting and safe capture before sterilisation.

For some dogs, darting is the only way we can get them safely to the veterinary team. It allows them to receive the treatment they need without putting the animal, local residents or our volunteers at unnecessary risk.

It is an important part of making our sterilisation work possible, and your donations help us cover these additional costs too.

❤️ Mary deserves a chance

Not every animal we help is part of a sterilisation campaign.

Mary has been diagnosed with cancer and will receive four weeks of chemotherapy with our wonderful partner, Caro's World of Magic.

Mary is sweet, full of life and deserves her chance.

We are sponsoring Mary's treatment because we believe that being a street dog should never mean that your life is worth less.

There are so many dogs like Mary waiting for someone to care.

We want to be there for them.
